Free Beginner Friendly Salsa Lesson: In Partnership with ABQ Girls Who Walk

Con Sabor is teaming up with ABQ Girls Who Walk for a beginner-friendly salsa class on Saturday, January 31, 9–10 AM at United We Dance Studio. Open to women, femmes, and nonbinary participants; no partner or experience required. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early for check-in.

  • Comfortable clothes you can move in, smooth-soled shoes (nothing too grippy), and water. No special dance shoes required. Just show up ready to learn and have fun!

  • Nope! Even for partner classes, you don’t need to bring a partner. We rotate during partnerwork so everyone has a chance to practice. You’re welcome to come solo or with a friend!

  • Yes! Most of our classes are designed to support beginners and help you feel comfortable from the start.
    Each class is different, so the level, pace, and content will always be listed in the class description to help you choose the best fit.
